We’ve fixed many a Massachusetts crawl space and much of our work has been done in this lovely state but before I go into that, I want to tell you about Susan Luther’s problem. When you have a crawl space and you do work outside or even in your basement in close proximity to the crawl space, there’s a real possibility of encountering bugs, mice and other nasty little creatures that are caused by your crawl space problems. So Susan would be doing laundry in the basement, cleaning windows and gardening right next to the crawl space and she’d always get freaked out by the “critters” that were coming in and out of her crawl space. So when we went in and fixed all of these issues, this is what Susan and her husband George said:
“This is a brief note to inform you that my wife and I are extremely pleased with the job that you did on our crawl space.
From the time that we contact you for information to the completion of the job, your staff was helpful, courteous and on-time. We appreciated you keeping in touch with us by confirming appointments.
Your installation crew was on-time and a pleasure to deal with. Please extend my thanks to your foreman, Silvio DaCosta and his crew. They did an excellent job. They were very helpful and extremely efficient. My wife commented that the cellar area and the grounds surrounding the cellar entrance were left cleaner than when they arrived.
We have already (three weeks later) noticed an improvement in the odors from our crawl space. Most of all, my wife says she is no longer afraid of encountering “critters” when working near the crawl space – call it: “peace of mind.”
Thanks – it was money well spent.”
As you can see, George and Susan had odors AND critters in and around their house as a result of their crawl space in Massachusetts but there are other issues that crawl spaces can cause as well. If you want our advice, call us at 1-888-799-9997.
